Makes 2 servings
1 cup vanilla soy milk
1 ½ frozen bananas
½ cup frozen strawberries
½ cup frozen peach chunks
Boost it: 1 to 2 tablespoons raw walnuts and/or 1 tablespoon rolled oats
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend from low to high until frosty smooth.
