Green Tea Granita With Honey

Makes 2 servings

1 Tbsp green tea
½ to 1 Tbsp honey

Put the green tea in a pot and pour in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir in the honey to dissolve. Let cool.

Pour the tea into a small plastic container and freeze it for 3-4 hours, stirring every 15 minutes.

Divide between 2 glasses and serve immediately, or seal tightly and place in the freezer for several days.
