Strawberry and Mint Lassi

Strawberry Mint Lassi

Makes 3 servings

1 cup strawberries, hulled
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, plus 3 extra leaves to decorate
6 oz. nonfat yogurt
A large handful of ice, plus extra to serve
Sugar, to taste

Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend together until smooth. Place the extra ice in tall glasses and pour in the lassi smoothie. Decorate each serving with an extra mint leaf and serve immediately.
