Blueberry Pie Breakfast Shake

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients
1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
1 cup nonfat, vanilla yogurt or kefir
4 ice cubes
¼ cup toasted whole almonds
2 Tbsp ground golden flax
¼ tsp ground cinnamon

Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until a thick shake forms. Serve immediately.
