1 small ripe banana
1 cup lactose-free or almond milk
½ ripe Hass avocado
2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 Tbsp light brown sugar
3 ice cubes
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Serve immediately.
