2 cups frozen honeydew chunks
½ cup water or coconut water
Squeeze of lime juice (optional)
Boost it: 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend from low to high until the smoothie has the consistency of a thick, icy slush or very soft sorbet.
