Flank Steak Diane
Makes 4 servings
12 Tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb flank steak
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
Combine the olive oil and garlic; marinate flank steak for 2 hours.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear meat until golden brown. Turn and brown other side.
Once both sides are browned, remove from heat and place in a baking dish. Season beef with Worcestershire sauce, lemon zest and lemon juice.
Bake at 400°F until done as desired. Serve immediately.
